About us

Gold Standard Personal Training is a private personal training studio in Loughton, Essex. Our mission is to create an environment that caters for ALL levels of fitness. So if you:
  • Are thinking about starting your fitness journey,
  • Want to reach and smash a specific goal,
  • Have a challenge you wish to accomplish,
  • Already have a good fitness level and want to develop it further, or
  • Need to rehabilitate an injury or send off a pain, then…
Our PTs will format a bespoke training programme with you to achieve all that and attain the results you desire! Our PTs are experts in a variety of fields in the fitness industry including strength and conditioning, weight lifting, body building, operation defying injury rehabilitation, as well as Bootcamp and boxing! INJURY REHABILITATION

Are current or old injuries stopping you from reaching your goals? Recovering from surgery? Have joint/muscle pain? Or as you get into shape, you are stopped in your tracks by a niggle that, if left untreated, can lead to big problems. We offer a service which resolves these issues before they get out of hand.

CLASSES

We have Bootcamp and Boxing classes at the Studio. Bootcamp is a circuit-based session where all muscle groups and your aerobic capacity are pushed to the limit! Bodyweight and equipment are utilised. Boxing is a great activity. Whether you are a boxer preparing for a fight or you enjoy boxing to get in shape/increase your fitness, our classes and PTs will put you through your paces.

BODY TRANSFORMATIONS

Programmes will be written to assist you to pack on lean, hard muscle and make changes to your physique.
A nutrition plan will be prepared to help strip away body fat.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

Functional strength training focuses on exercising several muscles and joints together rather than working a particular muscle or group of muscles independently, resulting in an individual being able to perform daily activities with greater ease. This type of training involves free weights, gymnastic moves, and aerobic training.
