GROUP SESSIONS

Bootcamp and classes use a variety of methods including boxing, strength and conditioning, intervals. This gives clients a fun and dynamic class, pushing themselves and each other in the group.

The sessions build a community and become a family where the clients support each other in reaching their fitness goals and getting through the session!! Classes vary in size but the trainer will get to know each client so they are able to push them to their full potential!
